In the process of using the valve, there are often some troublesome problems, such as the valve can not be closed tightly and tightly. What should we do? In general, if it is not tightly closed, first confirm whether the valve is closed in place. If there is still leakage and cannot be sealed after it is closed in place, then check the sealing surface. If the sealing pair of some valves is removable, take it out for grinding and retest. Of course, if it is still not tightly closed, Then it is necessary to return to the factory for maintenance or replace the valve, so as not to affect the normal use of the valve and cause working condition accidents. If the valve fails to close tightly, first find out where the problem is, and then solve it according to the corresponding methods. There are several reasons why the valve cannot be closed tightly:

（1）有雜質(zhì)卡在密封面，雜物沉積在閥門腐蝕處或墊在閥瓣與閥座之間；

(1) Impurities are stuck on the sealing surface, and sundries are deposited at the corrosion place of the valve or padded between the valve disc and the valve seat;

（2）閥桿螺紋生銹，閥門無法轉(zhuǎn)動；

閥門關(guān)不嚴的處理方法：

一、有雜質(zhì)卡住閥門密封面

1、 Impurities stuck on the sealing surface of the valve

閥門有時突然關(guān)不嚴，可能是閥門密封面間有雜質(zhì)卡住，此時不應(yīng)用力強行關(guān)閉，應(yīng)把閥門稍開大一些，然后再試圖關(guān)閉，反復(fù)試試，一般即可排除，否則應(yīng)進行檢查，應(yīng)保持介質(zhì)的質(zhì)量潔凈。

Sometimes the valve suddenly fails to close tightly, which may be due to impurities stuck between the sealing surfaces of the valve. At this time, do not force it to close. Open the valve slightly larger, and then try to close it again and again. Generally, it can be eliminated by trying again and again. Otherwise, it should be checked and the quality of the medium should be kept clean.

二、閥桿螺紋生銹

對于通常在開啟狀態(tài)的閥門，偶然關(guān)閉時，由于閥桿螺紋已經(jīng)生銹，也會發(fā)生關(guān)不嚴的情況。對于這種情況，可反復(fù)開關(guān)幾次閥門，同時用小錘敲擊閥體底部，即能將閥門關(guān)嚴，無需對閥門進行研磨修理。

三、閥門密封面被破壞

對于試著多次開關(guān)仍然關(guān)不緊的情況，那就是密封面已損壞了，應(yīng)報修；又或者腐蝕、介質(zhì)中的顆粒劃傷等破壞了密封面，也應(yīng)報修。

If the switch cannot be closed tightly after trying for many times, that is, the sealing surface has been damaged and should be reported for repair; If the sealing surface is damaged by corrosion or particle scratch in the medium, it shall also be reported for repair.

四、閥桿與閥彩連接不好

4、 Poor connection between valve stem and valve color

經(jīng)常給閥桿和閥桿螺母加潤滑油，以保證閥門的開關(guān)靈活，要有一套維護方案。
