密封副兩側(cè)為金屬材料，另一側(cè)為彈性非金屬材料，稱(chēng)為“軟密封”。該密封性能好，但不耐高溫，易磨損，力學(xué)性能差。如：鋼橡膠、鋼四氟乙烯等。軟密封座采用具有一定強(qiáng)度、硬度和耐溫性的非金屬材料，密封性能好，可實(shí)現(xiàn)零泄漏，但壽命和溫度適應(yīng)性較差。
