Introduction to Pneumatic Valves

1、檢查氣動(dòng)閥的型號(hào)和參數(shù)是否滿足現(xiàn)場安裝需要和技術(shù)要求。

1. Check whether the model and parameters of the pneumatic valve meet the on-site installation needs and technical requirements.

2、檢查氣缸和氣動(dòng)閥的位置指示器，確保沒有損壞。

2. Check the position indicators of the cylinders and pneumatic valves to ensure they are not damaged.

3、清洗、吹掃氣動(dòng)閥管路;如果介質(zhì)中有雜質(zhì)，應(yīng)在閥門前面的管道上安裝過濾閥。

3. Clean and purge the pneumatic valve pipeline; If there are impurities in the medium, a filter valve should be installed on the pipe in front of the valve.

4、按氣動(dòng)閥體上箭頭指示的方向安裝(下游安裝)，將氣動(dòng)閥接口與管道連接，并確保連接密封良好。

4. Install in the direction indicated by the arrow on the pneumatic valve body (downstream installation), connect the pneumatic valve interface to the pipeline, and ensure that the connection and sealing are good.

5、如果安裝了電磁閥，注意確保接頭密封良好。

5. If a solenoid valve is installed, take care to ensure that the connector is properly sealed.

6、當(dāng)需要焊接連接時(shí)，高溫不得傳遞到氣動(dòng)閥的填料上。

1、確保流體和氣源清潔，防止堵塞電磁閥或氣缸活塞。

1. Ensure that the fluid and air supply are clean to prevent clogging of the solenoid valve or cylinder piston.

2、電磁閥線圈帶電，正常運(yùn)行時(shí)熱量高。不要觸摸它。

2. The solenoid valve coil is energized and has high heat during normal operation. Don't touch it.

3、電磁閥線圈充電時(shí)，禁止拆卸，以防觸電。

3. When charging the solenoid valve coil, it is prohibited to disassemble it to prevent electric shock.

4、嚴(yán)禁撞擊、碰撞電磁閥的線圈、插座、電磁管及連接部位，以免損壞。

電磁閥的實(shí)際電源電壓不得超過公差范圍。
