應(yīng)用閘閥作為放水設(shè)備，其本身不能直接安裝，需要與閘閥配套的鋼管和法蘭盤(pán)。鋼管可自行設(shè)計(jì)和加工，其鋼管壁厚應(yīng)根據(jù)使用年限來(lái)決定。從實(shí)踐中看，用鋼板焊接的鋼管壁厚不應(yīng)小于10mm，使用鑄鋼件不應(yīng)小于20mm。法蘭盤(pán)一般為鑄鋼件，其作用是將閥門(mén)與鋼管聯(lián)接在一起，廠家可以直接提供。

The steel pipe can be designed and processed by itself, and the wall thickness of the steel pipe shall be determined according to the service life. 一般形式：1、閥門(mén)井（塔）。按一般中小型水庫(kù)取水塔設(shè)計(jì)能滿(mǎn)足閘閥安裝、檢修為原則，一般采用方形，其結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算按水工鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算。2、輸水洞。按通常的水庫(kù)輸水洞設(shè)計(jì)和計(jì)算。3、布置形式。按其位置可分為壩前式、壩中式、壩后式布置。按閥門(mén)數(shù)量可分為單閥、雙閥式布置。
