電動(dòng)高壓閘閥屬于強(qiáng)制密封式閥門，是由電動(dòng)執(zhí)行器和閘閥兩大部分組成。廣泛適用于石油、化工、火力發(fā)電廠等油品、水、蒸汽管路上作接通或截?cái)喙苈分薪橘|(zhì)的啟閉裝置。

　　Electric high-pressure gate valve is a forced sealing valve, which is composed of two major parts: electric actuator and gate valve. It is widely used as an on-off device for connecting or cutting off the medium in the pipelines of oil, chemical, thermal power plants and other oil products, water and steam.

　　根據(jù)閥門損壞的情況，更換了閥門門桿及門桿螺紋套，對(duì)閥座及閥瓣密封面進(jìn)行研磨修復(fù)，為了解決該缺陷，只有考慮現(xiàn)場(chǎng)對(duì)閥門進(jìn)行修復(fù)，由于主蒸汽電動(dòng)主汽門是單閥板楔形閘閥，那么要解決問題只有將閥瓣修配成與閥座相同的錐度。要進(jìn)行修配，必須精確測(cè)量出錐度。

　　According to the damage situation of the valve, the valve stem and valve stem threaded sleeve are replaced, and the sealing surfaces of the valve seat and valve disc are ground and repaired. To solve this defect, only on-site repair of the valve can be considered. Since the main steam electric main steam valve is a single valve plate wedge gate valve, then to solve the problem, only the valve disc can be repaired to have the same taper as the valve seat. To carry out the repair, the taper must be accurately measured.

　　步驟 1：為了解決閥座與閥瓣的錐度測(cè)量問題，先制作出兩個(gè)略大于閥瓣的閘板模型，然后垂吊于閥座接觸面，中間用四根小鐵棒撐開閘板模型使其完全與閥座接觸，用電焊將四根小鐵棒與兩塊模型均勻施焊牢固，待冷卻后取出，用量角器測(cè)量出閘板模型的錐度。

　　Step 1: To solve the problem of measuring the taper of the valve seat and valve disc, first make two gate plate models slightly larger than the valve disc, then hang them vertically on the contact surface of the valve seat. Use four small iron rods to prop open the gate plate model in the middle to make it fully contact with the valve seat. Weld the four small iron rods and the two models evenly and firmly with electric welding. Take them out after cooling and measure the taper of the gate plate model with a protractor.

　　步驟 2：將閥瓣根據(jù)閥板模型的錐度進(jìn)行車削，將車削好的閥瓣放入閥座內(nèi)進(jìn)行修配，修配時(shí)可采用紅丹接觸的方法；當(dāng)錐度基本相同時(shí)，在閥瓣的內(nèi)凹面也車一個(gè)相同的錐度面，用作密封面堆焊后車削的基準(zhǔn)面。

　　Step 2: Turn the valve disc according to the taper of the valve plate model. Put the turned valve disc into the valve seat for repair. When repairing, the method of red lead contact can be used. When the taper is basically the same, turn a same taper surface on the concave surface of the valve disc, which is used as the reference surface for turning after surfacing of the sealing surface.

　　步驟 3：對(duì)閥瓣密封面進(jìn)行堆焊。堆焊的焊條可根據(jù)閥門所使用的溫度進(jìn)行選擇，閥門用于堆焊的焊條有半鐵素體高鉻鋼和鉻鎳硅鉬兩大類，主要用于工作溫度低于 600℃的高壓閥門的密封面堆焊；或采用鈷基硬質(zhì)密封堆焊焊條：D802、D812。

　　Step 3: Surfacing on the sealing surface of the valve disc. The welding rods for surfacing can be selected according to the temperature used by the valve. There are two major types of welding rods for surfacing of valves: semi-ferritic high chromium steel and chromium-nickel-silicon-molybdenum. They are mainly used for surfacing the sealing surfaces of high-pressure valves with working temperatures lower than 600℃. Or use cobalt-based hard sealing surfacing welding rods: D802 and D812.
